Are you the admin of the APM? What version of BigIP is currently running? What browsers exactly have you tried?

Hi Seth, I am not the admin. I am not sure what version of Big IP I am using as I have tried to find that info and cannot. I am happy to upgrade please tell me how. I have tried this on explorer that came with windows 10, chrome, and Firefox. Based on the link you sent will on upgrade work or do I have to wait until version 12? Thanks for your help. Please continue to help me work through this. Matt

Your best bet is to find the admin of the system and work with them. If you are not the admin you will not be able to upgrade the BigIP if needed.

I can't really help you out anymore unless we know what version the BigIP is running as my suspicion is that the version doesn't support Windows 10.

Hi Seth I am downloading version 11.?. I am not sure of the exact version but the .exe has V11 in the name. would I be able to download the HF's to make sure I get to 11.6? Thanks, Matt

Hi Matt,

The upgrade would need to happen on the VPN device, not the client. You really need to talk with your VPN admin and see if they can assist you in getting your client to work in the VPN.
