01070712:3: Certificate/Key has unknown format or security type

Question

Hello.&nbsp;I am new to F5 Big-IP, i am trying to add an SSL certificate to the device to be used for SSL offloading. i have added the certificate but when am adding the key, am geting this error "01070712:3: Certificate/Key has unknown format or security type". The file for the key has an .jceks extension. what can be cause of this error?&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hello&nbsp;Please convert to it PEM format , or open the key in a notepad and try to upload it(.key)&nbsp;The key in notepad will open like this----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY-----[encoded data]-----END PRIVATE KEY-----
