Pre logon sequence windows patches ?

So I don't try reinvent the wheel

 

 

Has any done a prelogon sequence for a windows patch or service packs?

 

 

The example I have is only for IE sp2

I was looking for something where I could scan for a particular "patch" that they should have before allow access
