Would like to know if it is possible in F5 LTM setup as ISP LB can provide a report of ISP Bandwidth Utilization per vlan or interface?
Hoping for your guidance if you were able to provide or setup this.

MVPI would not recommend doing this type of metering on the F5 directly. Instead, I would use SNMP read monitoring into an external system like Solarwinds, Cacti, or whatever. There you could elegantly graph interface utilization.
The other way would be to use API connections to obtain stats and maybe using something like Python to write to a DB and perform computations with a graphing engine of some sort.
